Affiliate Program Tutorials

Welcome to the Essential Oil Vet Affiliate Program!

Here are the steps to sign up:

1. Go to https://essentialoilvet.com/share
2. Enter your First name, Last name, and Email (PayPal email preferred)
3. Create your password and click the set password button.
4. Read through the “Terms of Service” and click I agree.
5. Read through “Your Payments” on the Affiliate Dashboard page to understand what level of commissions you will receive. (*Level 2 students and alumni – be sure your payment description says Level 2.)

That’s it! You can click on Landing Pages in the left sidebar menu and copy your custom affiliate links to share with your friends. If you have any questions, check out the Affiliate FAQ page or reach out to support@essentialoilvet.com.

How to use Dr. Roark’s Marketing Materials (images and text) as an Essential Oil Vet Affiliate:

1. Log in to the Affiliate Dashboard at https://essentialoilvet.com/share
2. Chose a prepared text (or write your own)
   1. Click on Marketing Materials in the left column.
   2. Select and copy the text that you want to use.
   3. Paste the text into a new Facebook post or Email (or your social media platform of choice).
3. Add your affiliate link to your post or email. (**Some posts invite friends to message you for the link instead of including it in the post.)
   1. Click on Landing Pages in the left column.
   2. Click the COPY button next to the landing page/product appropriate for your post or email (e.g. Safety PDF)
   3. Go to your post or email and paste your landing page link. You will know it is correct if the link has ?=afmc followed by numbers and letters. This is your affiliate tracking code for this landing page.
4. OPTIONAL: Add a Image to your post. Choose one of your own photos (such as a cute photo of your dog) to get people’s attention! Or you can choose one of Dr. Roark’s images from the Affiliate Media Library.
   1. Click on Marketing Materials in the left column.
   2. Click the “Media Library” button on the right. This will open a Google Drive folder with images that you are free to use as an affiliate.
   3. Click on the image you wish to use and click the download button in the upper right hand corner.
   4. Insert the image into your post or email.

Be sure you always use your affiliate link or landing page link (and not simple links without the “?=afmc…”)! If you have any questions, check out the Affiliate FAQ page or reach out to support@essentialoilvet.com.

Congratulations on your first affiliate commissions!

Here are the steps to link your PayPal to your Affiliate account so you can get paid:

1. Go to https://essentialoilvet.com/share
2. Log in to your Essential Oil Vet Affiliate Account (Skip this step if you are already logged in!)
   – Enter the email you used when you created your affiliate account and click “Next”
   – Enter your affiliate account password and click “Sign in”
3. Hover over the drop down arrow in the upper righthand corner (next to your email address).
4. Select “Update Paypal Email” where it says New Email and click “Submit”
5. Check your “current” email (the one you use to log in to the affiliate program) and open the confirmation email from PayPal.
6. Copy the 6 letter code in the confirmation email.
7. Return to your web browser and paste the 6 letter code on the Update PayPal Email page under “Confirmation Code” and click Submit.

Success!  You will see your login email and your paypal email listed in the upper righthand corner of the affiliate dashboard. If you have any questions, check out the Affiliate FAQ page or reach out to support@essentialoilvet.com.
